PROJECT NAME: Kill Chain Disruption and Denial (KCDD) Prototype Project

DESCRIPTION

• The Kill Chain Disruption and Denial (KCDD) prototype project will establish an innovation laboratory focused on developing, integrating, demonstrating, and advancing new multi-domain technologies that directly enhance the mission effectiveness of the Department of Defense (DoD) and are designed to disrupt and deny adversary Command, Control, Computing, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Targeting (C5ISRT) systems. The innovation laboratory will also focus on developing new processes designed to advance and accelerate prototype capabilities and demonstrate operational utility of the new technologies. The resulting prototypes may be fielded within the operational areas of relevant Combatant Commands (COCOMs) and Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs).

CLASSIFICATION: The KCDD Prototype Project will initially be conducted at or below the UNCLASSIFIED level.

RELEASE DATE: The expected release date for the request for white papers (RWP) is 3QFY25.
