BICEPS Industry Day

The Biomanufacturing for INDOPACOM Capability and Expansion of Prototype Solutions (BICEPS) Industry Day will provide an overview of the Department of War’s planned prototype effort to develop and demonstrate scalable, dual-use biomanufacturing capabilities supporting INDOPACOM operations. The event will highlight key focus areas (facility development, defense-relevant materials, and enabling process technologies) and outline the anticipated solution pathways, evaluation approach, and OTA-based acquisition strategy.

Industry participants will engage with Government stakeholders to better understand technical objectives and alignment opportunities for advancing resilient, in-theater production capabilities. The event will also include opportunities for one-on-one meetings with Government representatives to discuss potential solution approaches and clarify program expectations.
