DESCRIPTION

• The Department of the Air Force seeks white papers for the Software Engineering Network for Tactical Integration and Next-generation Experimentation Lab (SENTINEL) prototype in support of Secretary of the Air Force (SAF) Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM). This effort will design, integrate, accredit, and demonstrate a scalable, multi-level classified software engineering and experimentation environment capable of supporting TS/SCI and SAR development, cross-program interoperability testing, and rapid integration campaigns to measurably reduce time-to-field for C3BM capabilities.

• The prototype will validate technical feasibility, accreditation viability, and operational utility through structured experimentation events. This announcement does not procure enduring facilities or sustained operational services but seeks innovative architectural and integration approaches that accelerate secure, collaborative development within classified environments..

CLASSIFICATION: The SENTINEL Prototype Project will be UNCLASSIFIED.

RELEASE DATE: The expected release date for the request for white papers (RWP) is 2QFY26.
